Tutorial Flashing ClockWorkMod (CWM)

Materials Needed
  1. Install the Samsung driver. You can download the file here
  2. Download Odin Multi Downloader. You can download the file here
  3. Download Tass_v1.0.ops
  4. Download CWM-5.0.2.8-Touch. You can download the file here
  5. Backup your data
How to Flash
  1. Open Odin Multi Downloader
  2. Click the ops button, and choose tass_v1.0.ops file
  3. Tick one package option
  4. Click one package button, and choose CWM-5.0.2.8-Touch.tar file
  5. Connect your HP to computer
  6. Click the start button
  7. Wait until the flashing process finished, your HP will restart automatically

  1. Your HP should be rooted.
  2. Download the file CWM-5.0.2.8-Touch. You can download the file here.
  3. Put the file (CWM-5.0.2.8-Touch) into your memory card. It is better for you not to make a folder in order to make easier for finding the file.
  4. Turn off your HP and then go to recovery mode by holding (Home button + Power) togetherness.
  5. Choose apply from SD card, use volume up-down to navigation, home button to apply, and then choose the file (CWM-5.0.2.8-Touch).
  6. Wait until the process finished, and then choose “reboot now”.

  1. Download the file (update.zip). You can download the file here.
  2. Put the file (update.zip) into your memory card. It is better for you not to make a folder in order to make easier for finding the file.
  3. Turn off your HP and then go to recovery mode by holding (Home button + Power) togetherness.
  4. Choose apply from SD card, use volume up-down to navigation, home button to apply, and then choose the file (update.zip).
  5. Wait until the process finished, and then choose “reboot now”.
  6. The Super User icon indicates that your HP has been rooted.
